A sleek beauty queen chi in toasted almond cashmere, sweet Mahogany deserves an ode rather than a bio. Alas, dear reader, we are not poets. Suffice to say that this gentle girl can be bashful at first and a dainty giver of kisses and wags once she feels comfy. She gets along well with other dogs, whose presence and friendship help her relax and feel confident. She’s house-trained, enjoys a walk, and is likely to take to the stairs once she gets some help figuring them out. If you and your very good dog seek a gorgeous companion with lots of love to share, Mahogany awaits your arrival.

Mahogany is doing really well! settling in, but she’s warmed up to us and our dog Luna. She is the sweetest girl when she is happy. She will do long stretches and roll on her back or give little excited hops. It is too cute! Has not engaged with toys yet. Currently car rides are scary! She seems to do better in the car when she is bundled up in blanket. She is great with small dogs.
Mahogany has just the right amount of energy. She gets excited to guide you to the cuddle spot on the sofa. Getting better at walking on a leash and prefers the right side.
She was ok sleeping in crate with the door open. She can do stairs with ease!
When Mahogany is left home alone she worries and cries a little bit but ultimately stays put on the sofa with a cozy blanket. When on walks she can go for 40 minutes no problem. When we see other big dogs, at first she wanted some space and now she is ok cohabitating and walking together.
She is a bit scared of kids. Like most new things at first she ran away, but now she is fine receiving gentle pets while being held. She likes soft and cozy places to lay down, likes hiding under the covers/blankets, and being close to her humans.
