Do you have plans this afternoon? How about a Lunchdate? A fuzzy sweet Lunchdate? How can you resist?
This nice guy loves to explore, bopping around and enjoying the smells of the world. His vision may be impaired, but that doesn’t slow him down one bit. He can be pretty speedy as he trots along and really likes his walks. When he’s not exploring, Lunchdate enjoys getting pets and giving kisses. And napping in the sun of course!
Here’s a note from his foster:
At 10 years young, Lunchdate is still a curious explorer! This doggy loves using his nose and ears to find his next adventure. He enjoys romping around the grass or getting his tan on in the sun.
Potty training must have come naturally to this dog. Zero accidents and when he is taken for walks he “takes care of business” within a few minutes. He is an introvert/extrovert – he will happily trot along with you when you take him out, but is also satisfied with a day in (+ potty breaks). Rarely any barking. He is very comfortable on car rides and will lay so limp in your arms that your Uber driver will wonder if he’s a real dog or a doll. He gets along well with dogs if they want to say hi to him, but if they do not seem interested he is respectful and gives them space.
He is not a guard dog, he is a people’s dog. You know, snoozing near or on your lap and could cuddle you forever. He’s your WFH accountability buddy: when you’re working he will lay right on top of your rolling chair to make sure you get stuff done today! He will use his hyper-sensitive hearing to find you and follow you everywhere. And I mean everywhere. Including the bathroom and not just to the door. He loves belly rubs and will go from strangers to surrendering and showing you his pink tummy in a matter of seconds.
