Lunch Box

Lunch Box

#11647
Chihuahua
Male
9 lbs (small)
Status: Adopted for hospice care

This old man got his nickname the day he started using a tobacco tin to carry his meals. He’d love to tell you all about it over a good scotch and some good scritches. Lunchbox is a distinguished gentleman who deserves a retirement with all of life’s finer things-warm blankets, soft laps, treats, and cigars. And yes, you can store your lunch with him, but you’re not guaranteed to get it back.

This dog is hospice due to the following medical conditions: advanced age, heart murmur

Here’s some notes from his foster:

Lunchbox is the definition of a super sweet senior. He is gentle, loving, quiet (not a peep since I got him!) and mellow. He is one laid back little dude!! He does fine on his own or with the family.

He loves to be near his people and will follow you around to see what’s going on. He loves his comfy bed(s)-any bed!! He sleeps peacefully through the night in the room with me on his bed. He does enjoy a little walk to get some air and sniff about for a bit!! And he has a cute little trot!!

He has not had one accident in the house!! He knows to potty outside. He is great with the other dogs in the house and has found his BFF.

If you’re looking for a mellow, uber sweet guy, who loves his fleeces!! then Lunchbox is for you!!
