He is ACTIVE and a great walker. Definitely needs to walk. He can walk briskly for an hour and needs activity, so very much not a typical ‘senior’ and wouldn’t do well in a home that doesn’t take him outdoors or just let him in the yard kind of place.
He would do great with a calm and assured female or male, but he does best with small dogs. He’s shown to be great with dogs smaller than him, but can be nervous around bigger, younger dogs. He loves to sleep on the bed right next to you and jumps right up on the sofa and wants to sleep on your lap. He really wants to be with his person. He’s a little tentative so you have to go slow but he learns to trust.
