He enjoys companionship (both human and canine), and he’s happiest when he’s part of the team. Whether he’s trotting along on a stroll or powering up with a cozy nap afterward, Luigi keeps things steady, cheerful, and low-drama. No boss battles here — just a loyal sidekick with a soft heart and a wagging tail.

Luigi is sweet and is not demanding in any way. He would make a very nice companion in a home that isn’t expecting wild puppy energy. After a bath or even a short walk in the rain – Luigi gets very animated for about 10 minutes- running and jumping. It’s very cute!
It’s nice having a dog in the apartment – he is very “low maintenance” and just watching him explore and settle into another dog bed is endearing. I have a soft spot for elders and Luigi with all of his old dog traits bumps, lumps and low energy is still a very nice friend. I think he appreciates being in a loving home where he can safely lay his head down.
