If you watched the hit PBS tv series, “Downton Abbey”, then this little member of the aristocracy (surely named a Lord or a Duke at some point in his life!), Ludwig, will seem familiar to you. We present to you, this charming, genteel, elegant gentleman. A Chi mix, who was born with four elegant white socks already on his feet! Ludwig is very good natured, and in his 10 years has already acquired a vast knowledge of high society. He’s got the inside scoop on everyone, and because he’s so easy to talk to, and easy to handle, people gravitate to him, telling him all the goings-on about town. While little Sir Ludwig does have some vision impairment, he seems to get around just fine, and treads lightly on his agile feet. Ludwig is incredibly handsome, so if you invite him to be part of your family, be prepared to get lots of attention as you go out on your daily walks! No doubt he will add all kinds of fun and joy to your life! You are therefore cordially invited to come to Muttville and have an audience with this wonderful gent.
Here’s some notes from his foster:
He has great appetite, does great on walks, good in the car and friendly with other dogs. He’s not great at being left alone, He’s potty trained enough to tell you he wants to go out. He’s very cuddly and sweet, loves to be held and I have taken him to stores, etc.
Ludwig is doing much better with being left alone. The first few days seemed stressed when I’d leave for an hour or so and that was the only time I have heard him bark. As he settled in, it has been no problem. He seemed to just sleep and has been totally fine. He has been truly enjoying his best life!
