Logan is a Good Boy™ made of love who is looking for a retirement filled with fine whiskey and New York Times crosswords. His tail is programmed to respond to high-voiced declarations and promises of snacks. Logan is also completely sustainable and runs entirely on solar power, treats, and scritches, so you can save the planet AND have a new best friend.
Here’s some notes from his foster:
Logan is a very loving dog, but he needs time and a lot of love in the beginning to able to give you that love. If you’re patient with him and allow him to get used to his new environment on his own terms while silently being there for him he will be your biggest fan.
Logan does require someone who will be extremely gentle with him and once he opens up to you he will follow you around lovingly wherever you go. He is initially reluctant to be touched but over time he loves head scratches and tummy rubs. His energy levels are good considering his arthritis pain and he thoroughly enjoys his daily walks. Logan has had an occasional accident at home while figuring things out but usually does great as long as he gets 2-3 walks a day.
He has a healthy appetite and loves treats and goodies. He will follow you around like your shadow when you’re home but does totally fine if left alone at home for a few hours. He also enjoys the company of other humans and dogs!!
Logan is extremely loving and needs a lot of love and stability in his life at this stage but the most important thing to remember about him is to be patient with him initially because every drastic change in environment jars him and he needs time to get acclimated. I’m so sure anyone would fall in love with him if given a week of unconditional love initially, you will see how rewarding it is to watch him slowly open up to you and let you into his personal space.
