Here’s my typical day: We wake up around 8 o’clock, and we go out immediately for a walk around the block. I like to zigzag. I keep my nose to the ground, looking for anything I can snack on, but my foster dad makes sure I don’t eat anything—he can be annoying that way.
When we’re walking, if I see a door opening, I always wanna go in. As he likes to say, I’d go to the opening of an envelope. When we get home, my foster dad will make me a plate of food, yes, he serves me plated meals because if I get served food in a bowl, it tends to get all over my muzzle. After that, I love to play with him for about 15 or 20 minutes and I love my little belly rubs then I’ll just lie down next to him. He put a bed atop the middle cushion so that I can snuggle next to him. I kinda like to just flop all over him.
Later, I’ll go for another walk just around the block or two. He’ll give me a treat if I pee or poo. Sounds good to me. Around 5:30 will have dinner and then a walk, more playtime. We usually like to go to bed around 11:30 or so and I will sleep right next to him up around his shoulder. He’ll usually flop one of arms on top me and I like that. I don’t really move around too much at night. And if I do, he doesn’t seem to mind.
He’s always telling me how cute I am, because really, I am super cute— just saying it like it is!
