Lindy is an active, energetic gal who can’t wait to strap a pair of tiny Tevas over her perfect white socks and join you on all your wild adventures. She’ll gladly hike with you in the woods, explore the city, or stroll the ’burbs – making friends with everyone she meets along the way. Take this gorgeous girl home with you and begin gazing into those big, brown, love-filled eyes asap.
Here’s some notes from her foster:
Lindy is an energetic, gentle girl. Except for the grey on her face, she looks like a puppy and she wiggles with happiness like one, too. She is so affectionate and loving and appreciates every single pat.
She loves people and after the initial greeting with a new person she comes over wagging, waiting for a pat. She’ll close her eyes and luxuriate when you stroke her fur.
She’s a great snuggler. She loves to sit next to me on the sofa or curl up next to me in bed. She sleeps through the night and loves being next to me in bed – but will quickly move over if she’s hogging the space! She’s great with small dogs (mostly ignores them) but is scared around big dogs.
She likes car rides and sticking her head out the window. She seems happy to run in open spaces, but she is nervous walking on city streets where noises seem to spook her. I think she’s going to have to learn about new places gradually – when I first took her to a friend’s house she had to sniff every room and every corner, and then she made herself comfortable and enjoyed the visit. (And ignored the tiny poodle nearby.)
She is very quiet, with only a bark or two at strange noises. She’s house-trained and likes to sniff around outside. Her nose is her primary means of learning the world.
She seems to learn easily and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body and is happy just to be next to you. And she is beautiful!
