Lentils are obviously the cutest legume. And our chiweenie Lentil is the cutest dog. Or to be fair, one of the cutest dogs in a Muttviile blessed with loads of cute dogs. A peppy lover of lap-centric living, he is happiest with his pointy snoot resting on a human knee or the edge of his beloved bagel bed. He’s spry, looks like a puppy, enjoys a walk (without stairs, please) and gets along fine with other pups. Safe at last, this little guy is ready to adopt a loving family who believes, as we do, that his sweet ways and butterscotch eyebrows are simply irresistible.

Lentil is very affectionate and is getting more used to car rides and being picked up. He loves to go on walks and does the cutest little spin ever so often. He snuggles up close to me at night and will sleep on top of me all night if I let him. He’s a bit big for that. So far he has hopped up the three stairs to my front door but hasn’t yet gone up or down the big staircase at my work. Maybe it’s the cone that gets in the way. There is an elevator so that takes care of that.
He does his business outside. After he wakes up in the morning he always has to pee so I let him out right away. I haven’t yet left him alone in my house.
