Larry the Lobster is a chi of pure elegance. From the tips of his sleek winged ears to the ends of his tidy paws, he generates a low hum of quiet confidence and affability. He is stoic and intelligent, a guy you assume is a poet until he stands up and reveals long graceful legs that hint at a career in the ballets de corps, possibly in Prague. He is gentle and friendly with dogs and people, and as grateful for comfy sunspots, warm laps and generous snuggles as the next guy. Were you to require a gentleman chi, loyal and true, he is at your service. It probably helps if you like opera.
Here’s some notes from his foster:
Larry is a real fun pup. His estimated age is 7 but I would not be surprised if someone told me he was much younger. He’s got a lot of energy and spunk. He enjoys playing with toys (he is currently obsessed with a stuffed shark) and is great at playing fetch with small squeaky balls. He’s also very interested in trying to play with my senior dog. And he can go on longer walks without getting tired. He would do well in an active household.
He’s potty trained and has had no accidents since we got him.
He did not love being in the car, but after a few minutes of whining quietly, he settled down and slept. He has been fine with my two 7-year old cats. He has tried to chase them, but has generally backed off with a warning from me or a hiss from them.
He prefers to sleep in the bed with us, so would need a little training if you want him to sleep away from you. In or out of the bed, he’s super cuddly. He loves pets and belly scritches and giving kisses. He’s just a real loveable spunky dude.
