Ladybird

#4972
Labrador Retriever Mix
Female
Large (50-90 lbs)
Status: Adopted

Ladybird is pure perfection! This beautiful girl gets along fabulously with other dogs of all sizes and loves getting attention from people. The second you sit down, there she is right by your side. She enjoys being with her favorite person 24/7, whether its going for a leisurely stroll outside or cuddling on the couch.

Ladybird is at least 10 years young and weighs 72 pounds.

Here’s what Ladybird’s foster has to say about this gal:

We’ve only had Ladybird for a week and so far she has been very easy going & sweet! She loves to be where the people are. It took her a few days to learn the kitchen is where the food is at. So she likes to hang out in the middle of the kitchen floor now. She mostly likes to sleep all day though. Unfortunately, her activity level is low but we’re working on it. She is a little bit interested in toys. She likes to chew on her nylabone and she’ll play fetch with the ball or rubber toys. She is interested in our resident dog Gizmo. She tried to get him to play with her but unfortunately, he is a grumpy old man and doesn’t like to play. We also have a resident cat and Ladybird is minimally interested. She doesn’t chase or bother the cat. She can probably live in a house with cats with no problems at all. Her house-training is great. No accidents in the house. She sleeps through the night and no accidents. She loves her cozy memory foam bed. That is where you can find her most. I discovered she likes to play with toys. She is also good with my two kids (12 &13).
