Kramer is a Pomeranian who has not had the easiest path in life, but one would never know, because this puff-ball of love is the definition of sweetie pie! Kramer is terrific on a leash bouncing right along on his afternoon walks, greeting all of his four-legged friends, keeping an eye on the neighborhood happenings.
