Kicks is a gentle fellow with a fantastic curly/scruffy combo hairdo. His vision is impaired but that doesn’t stop him for exploring and making new friends, human and canine. Kicks doesn’t need perfect vision to find his way into your heart.

Kicks is super cute, sweet, and gentle. He’s completely housebroken and has very good manners. He gets around so well, I often forget he’s blind. He figured out the layout of the apartment pretty quickly and gets around easily indoors. He has no trouble getting on and off the couch and bed. He loves to snuggle, whether with a human or dog companion. He also loves being outdoors and does well on short walks and enjoys sniffing around in grassy areas. A snuggle session outdoors is the happiest I’ve seen him.
He gets along well with my dog and other neighborhood dogs. We haven’t encountered any children, but he’s very docile with adults, and lets me pick him up, snuggle him, and carry him around.
He’s quite the conversationalist. He communicates in whimpers, yelps, and yowls, and he always has a lot to say! He’s also a talented acrobat. He likes to roll and wriggle on his back, kicking his long legs and flipping around. Sometimes he does army crawls on his belly or climbs up the backs of the couches and chairs. He’s even acrobatic when he poops! He looks like he’s twirling around on a pommel horse, lifting alternate legs as he spins.
