Khaki, a delectable scamp who doesn’t look a day over puppy-years-old, draws from a full complement of terrier traits to achieve maximum cuteness. Also apparent in his lineage is a creature with ear tufts, possibly an owl. His answer to the question of how he manages to be eternally youthful? Treats. It’s his answer to everything. Not that he isn’t motivated by curiosity and affection – both keep him on the move and partial to lap time. But that extra nibble of chicken amps up his cheerful obedience and eagerness to learn. Treat or not, Khaki likes a walk and will take the stairs as needed. Basically, he’s a Goldilocks mutt: Just right.

Khaki is the sweetest, easiest little companion. He is potty trained, quiet, and content to simply be near his people. He walks beautifully on leash with the cutest little trot, loves taking his time to sniff and explore, and is just as happy lounging on the couch for a nap afterward. He easily goes up and down stairs, hops right into the car for adventures, and sleeps peacefully at the foot of the bed all night.
Every now and then he’ll bark at an energetic puppy, but he never shows any aggression. Khaki’s perfect day is simple: a leisurely walk, plenty of sniffing, cozy naps, and relaxing with the people he loves. He’s a gentle, affectionate senior who will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a calm, loving best friend.
