Kernel is a stoic little fella. He is mostly deaf but can usually sense when you have food. He is incredibly food motivated. He is a slow walker and there is always a lot to sniff. Beware – he is always on the lookout for snacks on the sidewalk. His energy level is on the lower end. He loves car rides and does great in public spaces and around other dogs & cats (regardless of size). He does well when left alone at home or if new people come into his house. He really he enjoys ear, back, and belly scratches.
