Ker-Plunk knows that the curly-hair floofy look is all the rage right now, and he was rocking it before it was cool. Ker-Plunk is friendly, loves people and other dogs, and can’t wait to be everyone’s best friend.

All you need to do is look into Ker-Plunk’s warm brown eyes to know that he is a gentle and sweet dog who wants to love and be loved.
Ker-Plunk is eager to go for walks and can do two miles with no problem. He keeps in step with his owner and never pulls on his leash.
With a youthful spring to his step, he attracts attention from people and dogs wherever he goes. He is comfortable with dogs of all shapes and sizes and is eager to say "hi to other four-legged friends.
He does not bark, but will whine when he is unable to greet another dog. If a dog is uninterested in him, Ker-Plunk will try to win them over by wagging his tail and getting really close to their face. I encountered one dog that did not like this and barked at Ker-Plunk out of annoyance.
At home, Ker-Plunk is the perfect pouch. He is potty-trained and did not have any accidents at his foster home. He did not jump on the couch or human bed. He prefers to have a soft dog bed or cushion on the floor, nearby or within eyesight of his person. He was not really interested in toys. He does like treats and will take them gently from your hand.
I took Ker-Plunk on the bus and he sat quietly under the seat for half the trip. When the bus got too crowded, he got a little anxious so we hopped off and walked. We also rode in one car. He needed a little coaxing with a treat, but once he got in, he curled up on the floor and chilled out the entire ride.
