Kenai Fjords National Park can be a challenging place to visit, with much of it only accessible from the water, which is why for many years, visitors to this glorious habitat had the advantage of going on boat rides led by our super-smart, super-fun Kenai. After a distinguished career during which he spent a good portion of his 13 years interpreting the movement of ice floes in Alaska, he decided to seek the warmer climes of California. This peppy, perky, playful Chihuahua/Pinscher mix, just under 20 pounds, definitely has a fun, silly side. He loves pets, especially if you give him some scritchies to his head and ears. Shortly after his arrival at Muttville, we realized he’s just very happy and loves people and other pups. If you’re looking for a happy companion to go on walks, and attract attention because of his wonderful personality and vast knowledge of the world – Kenai just might be the pup for you!
