When the other fawns teased Kat for having no spots, she decided to run away from home in search of acceptance. She has certainly found it here at Muttville, where we think she is the most flawless, beautiful baby deer that ever existed! Kat is so sweet and loving, a tiny angel who gets along perfectly with dogs, likes kids, and will make a charming Christmas tree ornament when the holidays roll around.

While we have only had her a few days, Kat has been an absolute joy to have around. She hasn’t had a single accident in the house & seems to know as soon as she hits the grass that it means bathroom time (although has been known to go on the sidewalk/cement when needed). Kat is QUIET, so quiet in fact that we haven’t heard her bark or whine since bringing her home even when our other dog starts barking. She is dog friendly, people friendly and generally has a soft, calm approach to both. She is very smart and loves having a routine so much so that she actually put herself to bed on her second night staying with us! She sleeps soundly through the night in her dog bed on the floor in our room & if she wakes up before we do, she patiently waits in her bed until we take her out. Kat would make a great apartment/city dog as she only requires short walks and city noises don’t seem to startle her.
This girl wants nothing more than to cuddle up in a soft dog bed (the donut style beds are her fav) or on a blanket on the couch next to you while you work during the day. Kat is a really good dog and is impossible not to fall in love with!
