Meet sweet Johnny Cakes! This handsome guy is looking for a home of his very own, and the holiday season has him hopeful and excited! Johnny Cakes is a gentle and polite boy. He does great with other dog and we feel he would do well in a home with, or without dog siblings. He is a joy to walk and is such a gentleman with his good manners. Johnny Cake is a shy fella, and would be most comfortable in a mature home. This guy is such a looker and such a nice mutt!

Johnny Cakes is so sweet and gentle! He loves being petted, playing with tennis balls and going on walks.
He’s sensitive and doesn’t like being picked up or touched on his belly but this may change as he becomes more trusting and settles into his forever home. He went after a cat in our back yard so he’ll definitely do best in a cat free home!
With other dogs, he is very polite and on walks, he likes to take his time and smell the roses. We love taking him on walks! I’ve never heard him bark, even around other dogs.
He’s afraid of going down stairs but an go up no problem so if he’s in a home with stairs he’ll need help going down or will need a stair-free alternate path.
He is friendly to strangers and has the most adorable smile! He’s a real sweet and low-key gentleman who likes to go with the flow.
