Jessica may seem like the ditzy girl next door, but that perception is far from the truth. She is quite intelligent and driven. Once a struggling artist, she tried her paw at many careers. She tried out for many lead actress parts, but they turned their heads to her crazy cute snaggle-tooth. She wanted to be the next Picasso, but her lengthy legs kept knocking over everyone’s easel. Now, with all these failed attempts behind her, she has found her calling. She is an exceptional best friend. She is a gorgeous little mutt. And she is a lover of all humans and dogs. Jessica has come to realize that she has always been perfect! Her talents were always there, they just developed with age. Jessica is like a fine wine that you show off to all your friends.
Here’s some notes from her foster:
She is a very sweet dog! She is potty trained and will get attached to whoever adopts her quickly. She likes to follow me everywhere and sit between my legs while I’m doing dishes or brushing my teeth. She enjoys walks once she’s outside but does this funny thing where she thinks it’s belly rub time when you try to put her harness on. Something to note is that she mainly only goes on grass. She loves an occasional pupperoni treat from time to time, and if you happen to have some chicken she will gladly accept that too!
She is my great protector! When strangers get to close to me she lets out a friendly bark to let them know that she is watching! I have taken her to my CrossFit gym and she does great with folks there! She will probably be more of a short walk type of dog, maybe 1-2 miles and easily gets up the three flights of stairs to my apartment. She loves other dogs and really perks up when she sees them on her walks. I think she’d really enjoy being in a home with another dog.
