Jericho has the most trusting eyes. He is as gentle and sweet as they come, too. He is just the happiest boy to get and to share love and attention. Jericho is good with other dogs and all humans. He walks wonderfully on leash. We know the rest of his life will be charmed, he is just waiting for the right person to come and take him into a loving secure place he can call his own.
Jericho was a found on the streets of Los Angeles alone and scared and was brought to the shelter there. He is a special dog and quickly became a favorite among staff and volunteers there. They wanted him to live, so they called Muttville and did whatever it took to get him to us San Francisco. Volunteers got him to the vet for his exam and vaccinations and a series of people worked together to transport him to Muttville. Immediately upon arrival here he fit in with all of the other dogs, both big and small, and again became a favorite among our staff and volunteers too.
We think he may be as young as 9 years and he weighs 54 pounds.
