Oh so gracious Janice, retired baking goddess of Jan’s sweet treats. Spent her days in the kitchen baking up the most delicious cookies and cupcakes for all to enjoy when the shop opened at 8 am every morning. She would wake up before the roosters crowed and begin mixing her secret dough’s and batters, mixing her frosting, and baking to perfection.
Of course she would have to taste test everything she made to make sure the salt to sugar ratio was just right. After 40 years of sampling her goods she started to notice she couldn’t button her knickers and her apron wouldn’t tie around her waist anymore. Her pint size chihuahua body turned into a bodacious potato. One of the most beautiful potato chi chi’s in town! After 40 years of being over a hot stove and making her customers happy she decided it was time to retire her oven mitts. She now enjoys baking healthy keto treats for all of the mutts in the neighborhood.
