Iggy Koopa is ready to lead his very own Koopa Troopa, in the form of his perfect forever family. What is he looking for? He’s looking for lots of treats, copious cuddles, and lots of warm snuggly places to nap in. In exchange, he promises cuddles, kisses, and all of the poodly goodness you could ever hope for. His jet black fur is silky soft, so this plush poodle is perfect to hunker down on the couch on a cold winter’s day. Iggy has made a few lifelong friends at Muttville already, so he would do well with another companion dog in the house, but he’s also willing to be the sole object of your affection. Iggy is a happy boy with an ever-waggy tail and lots of pep in his step. He likes people, he likes dogs and he LOVES walks. He’d be a great pup to take on adventures and bring some light into his humans’ lives!

Iggy is an affectionate, high-energy mutt who loves belly scratches, cuddles, and being close to his people. After some activity, he settles well and is comfortable staying home alone. On walks, he gets excited when he sees other dogs but remains gentle and friendly—never reactive or vocal—and enjoys calm sniff-and-greet interactions; we’ve yet to meet a dog that wags harder than Iggy.
At home, Iggy loves big blankets and will happily burrow into them. One thing to note: he’s not comfortable with indoor or steep stairs, so elevators are ideal or he may need to be carried.
