When you think San Francisco, you think fog, so what better place for a dreamy black chihuahua named Humboldt Fog to end up? Much like his namesake, Humboldt Fog is mellow and soft, but also somehow cute enough that you could just eat him up! He also has a quiet dignity about him – HF may not be the social butterfly who is surrounded by a troop of mutts, but he’s the refined gentleman relaxing in a bed off to the side waiting for new friends to come to him. If you stumble over this gem of a dog, you’ll be glad you did. There’s nothing foggy about this dapper chap – he’s sharp as a tack when it comes to treats, cuddles, and finding a new home.

Humboldt Fog loves to burrow and push around the blankets until he finds just the right combination of blanket to dog bed to his cute little body to take a nap. It’s so cute when he peers out from under the blanket. He rests in his dog bed when he’s in my office and is good around my coworker. He’ll also take a nap on your lap if possible.
He loves going for walks and is great at suggesting in which direction he wants to go. He’s got the cutest little trot when on walks. He’s always up for a meal or a treat.
