Hopper is exactly that! Over here at Muttville, we like to say that Hopper accidently went from the washer to the dryer and shrunk. He’s the perfect pocket-size mutt! But don’t be fooled – his personality is as BIG as his larger counterparts. He has the most adorable tail (which never stops). He loves to be held, sit on a warm lap, gets along with ALL his Muttville roommates and is just an all-around good guy. If you are looking for a larger dog in a smaller body, Hopper is your man!
