Hoots the gentlemanly terrier looks like a rough-hewn deputy sheriff doing his best to bring order to a Wild West town. Serious, patient, and sporting a very handsome mustache, he’s a salt-and-pepper senior with energy for robust mingling with fellow dogs, daily walkies, and all the scritches any available human can muster. Seriously. He will lean into a pet on the ear and take it all the way to the floor for a tum rub before you know what’s up. Our boy doesn’t climb stairs, but he can find a way into your list of basic needs without trying. Fortunately, he asks for very little in return – just some peace, love and understanding. And treats.
