Welcome to Muttville, Hollindaise – our newest gourmand! This lively 11-pound short coat Chi mix of a spicy gal strolled into Muttville, proud as you please, happily introducing herself to everyone, both four-legged and two-legged! And why shouldn’t she be proud? At 7 years old, Hollindaise is the youngest ever graduate of Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris. While there, she crafted a collection of now famous, world renowned gourmet dog treats. She also became a fixture in the café society of Paris, strolling down the Champs-Élysées, dancing at the Trocadéro and haunting the Latin Quarter after hours, in search of the perfect hot chocolate. After a somewhat nomadic and frenetic youth, Hollindaise decided to come back stateside, and find her forever home. It’s true, she’s done creating 6-course gourmet meals, but she does still love to mingle with pups and people. She is an energetic girl with a tail wag that seems to be in the “on” position at all times. She will thrive in a home where she can be spoiled and be the center of attention. Her favorite things appear to be lovies and walkies (not necessarily in that order!).
