Harper Valley is a brown and white chihuahua with some truly stunning ears – this lovely lass never misses a thing and is ready to respond to even the slightest cue that a treat is imminent. Her ears have an even more unique capability, in that they help her balance from her preferred vantage point, her favorite human’s shoulder or back! While more typical of a parrot, Harper prefers to survey her kingdom from a higher vantage point (as a tiny chi, it can be difficult to see anything higher than waist level), so it’s a whole new world for her. She’s a curious creature who is looking for a perfect forever home – can you help her spot it? If so, lead the way!

She loves people and got in both our laps right away. She’s curious about the kitty and played with our dog but let him know when she had enough. She LOVES toys, very playful and energetic.
