Handsome Hank can’t wait to find his forever home! He may seem a bit shy when you first meet him, but we just think that’s due to all the recent transitions in his life. From home, to shelter to here, its no wonder! But we’re such that with lots of patience, love and walks in the sunshine Hank will start to show his goofy side!
Here’s what Hank’s foster has to say about this special boy:
“Hank starts out shy, but very quickly warms up and shows his sweet and goofy sides. After just a day, he’s acclimated well to our home and is very happy and comfortable. He’s very mellow and laid back, and he’s shown a more playful side now that he’s getting more comfortable. He’s usually laying down somewhere (and frequently snoring…) nearby while at home. He excitedly hangs out close by if we’re cooking or eating, though doesn’t beg. He always perks up outside. He loves walks, and sniffing around; his tail is always wagging outside. He’s quickly becoming very affectionate. He could live with a cat. He hasn’t bothered our cat at all, and our cat seems very tolerant of Hank. He loves being pet and sitting next to us.”
We think Hank is 11 years young, weighing about 30 lbs.
