My what big teeth you have! Well, being a Muttville dog, she’s probably missing quite a few, but Grandmama does feature a very impressive snaggletooth. A nice, medium sized floof, Grandmama has an impressive coat of black fur that has her looking quite lupine, and the obligatory frosted snoot indicating her age and dignified stature. An English cocker spaniel mix, this little lady is one of a kind, and she’s looking for her own Little Red Riding Hood to come visit her in the forest. Luckily, she’s not sick, she’s just looking for her forever family, and the dark forest is a scary place for a mutt like Grandmama. She’s looking for her people and a place that feels like home – are you looking for a little Grandmama?
Here’s some notes from her foster :
She is house trained – she likes to take her time outside to go potty, but I kind of suspect she often waits until she knows the walk is almost over. She also goes to the door when she needs to go out. She’s great on leash and stays close.
She loves people and does well with other dogs. Her and my dog walk well together and even bump into each other without trouble. Feeding together was fine too, but she would wait until Shadow left his bowl before pouncing and cleaning whatever he left behind.
She loves laying in the sun during the day. Now that I’m thinking about it, I don’t think I’ve heard her bark. Not at all a guard dog.
