Well they don’t get much cuter than Gino!
This handsome hunk seems to be a quiet boy who gets along well with dogs and would probably do just fine with cats and respectful kids.
Here’s what his foster mom has to say!
Gino is a sweet old man. He’s fairly small, has a cute little corkscrew tail and sometimes stumbles a bit when he walks. That does not stop him from roaming around our backyard! He loves to sniff around and explore with his foster siblings. However, he doesn’t care for long walks. Half a block is good for him and then he doesn’t mind being carried the rest of the way.
He’s a great eater and easily takes his pills with pill pockets. He’s an even better sleeper! This guy is a professional napper. When he’s not roaming around the backyard he’s taking a siesta on a dog bed in the shade. He does sleep in our bed and sleeps great through the night without a peep. He doesn’t bark even when our other dogs bark (and they bark a lot!).
He appears to be house trained. We do leave a pee pad out for our dogs and although they are being utilized we are unsure if it’s Gino or the other dogs. There have been zero accidents in the house so far though.
Gino doesn’t play or interact too much with our other dogs but clearly does not mind being around them and loves laying near them.
As I write this and drink my coffee, Gino naps in my lap. He’s the perfect companion for someone who wants a lap dog, enjoys caring for a senior dog and is prepared to have their heart explode every time they look at his adorable face!
