This senior pit bull terrier girl is a lover of soft beds, peaceful car rides, and being as close to her person as physically possible. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and carries herself like the perfect angel she is. Gidget is calm, affectionate, and absolutely made for cuddling, the kind that lasts all afternoon and somehow makes everything feel better. Her gentle soul shines through in every interaction, and she has a way of making quiet moments feel extra meaningful. Gidget is a sweet and gentle girl who loves her bed! She loves to go on walks, is potty trained, great in the car, and food motivated! She is still getting acclimated in our home, but so far she’s been an absolute dream. She doesn’t actively seek out affection when she meets strangers, but she gently accepts pets and praise. Sleeps through the night in her dog bed, co-exists peacefully with our other big dog, and is great on walks!
She can do stairs if she’s wearing her leash, and we are working on encouraging her to do stairs on her own! She has shown no issues being left alone, and is happy so far to cuddle on her dog bed and not on the furniture.
