We are proud to unveil Muttville’s 3000th senior dog rescue, GIA!!
Gia is a gentle, sweet senior gal. Before she arrived at Muttville, Gia was a stray found in one of San Francisco’s largest parks. Skinny and weak, her body was so frail, she hardly had the strength to hold herself up to walk.
Tough life no more, Gia is getting extra doses of TLC, and she is back on her feet – literally! – and on her way to being healthy! We’re sure that with more time, more love and plenty of scratches behind the ears, Gia will blossom into an even more beautiful lady. We already see her poetic personality emerging!
Gia is between 9-11 years young, weighing 40 lbs. She is slowly gaining weight, as she should be closer to 60 lbs.
