Gertie, a tiny tornado of white scruff with pink accents, is the rare people-pleaser who goes out of her way to make everybody happy without sacrificing one iota of personal joy. She’s a combination of Betty White and that first-grade teacher who made you feel like a million bucks every single day. She’s got terrier perk, a winning smile and ears that defy gravity. Not a stair gal, but up for short walkies, our Gert is the friend who’s big on group hugs, restorative yoga, and sharing the large order of fries. Loves dogs, too.
