Oh boy, does this chi have game. Clad in lush fur the color of caramelized sugar, his ears are popping and his eyes are shining. He seemed shy for about two minutes, until we found him wedged next to the thigh of a complete stranger, belly up and enjoying scritches while looking at his fellow Muttvilians upside down. And smiling. Youthful and energetic (we think he has his own AllTrails account), Game Boy is also potty trained, because, of course he is. Put down your console and come get him! IRL never looked so good.

Game Boy has the energy and alertness of a puppy, he is astoundingly curious about every new noise, and determined to find out what it is. Game Boy isn’t the most food motivated, we’ve been working on finding the right high value treat. He does seem to like freeze dried chicken and pupperoni. Also he’s not too interested in toys (squeaky plushies, balls, etc). I swear though we could take him on a 15 mile hike and he would be better off than us.
Game Boy likes to burrow in blankets and will really climb under your sheets in bed to snuggle against you. I’ve never met a more cuddly dog before. It’s literally like, the moment you sit down he will snuggle against you and end up on his back begging for tummy rubs. He enjoys resting his head on your shoulder, leg, really any type of physical contact.
Game Boy will follow you wherever you go and will wake up to do so, he would make a great companion. He loves climbing on you and giving you tons of kisses and really just wants all the love he can get. He can also jump pretty high to go on to taller beds or couches.
He gets overwhelmed upon meeting new people, and is definitely more comfortable in initiating contact rather than someone coming up to him. He does really well with other dogs, big and small. He seems to be fascinated with my guinea pig and likes to watch him, but sometimes tries to play from outside my pigs enclosure.
