Fritz is about 9 years old who was picked up as a stray in Sonoma Co. This little Papillon seems to have never known love and will need a patient and loving person willing to work with him. Fritz needs to learn that there are people out there who will treat him gently and he can trust. Fritz will need an adult-only home with someone who has dog experience.
