He is great. His love language is touch. He’s the type of guy to paw you if you stop petting him so that you can resume petting. Might pair that with a soft cry but overall a very quiet dog.
He is vision impaired. More blind than we suspected, I’m now thinking that he really only sees shadows. He is doing his best to get to know and navigate his new setting. He’s a little timid but very curious. Constantly exploring. Seems to be somewhat hard of hearing as well. Or at least he reacts to sounds but doesn’t seem to know where they are coming from.
His nose is his lottery ticket though and if you have a seat on the couch with food in hand then he goes into beggar mode. Not many boundaries with food in a toddlers hand either, but his steal is very gentle. He has a great appetite and is a wonderful sleeper.
