Freshman is just starting out on his college life, and like many fresh faced youngsters, he’s going a bit wild from all of the freedom. On his own for the first time, this little guy is not shy about chasing what he wants, and in this case, it’s the ladies – perhaps he went to an all-boys high school. If you’re of the female persuasion, Freshman would love to chat you up – he can come on a little strong but his insouciant grin and devil may care attitude never leave this charming chi ruffled. With his black coat, frosted face, and adorable doggy smirk, Freshman is ready to take on this school year in style, and he’d love to do it with you. Want to be roommates?

He is a tiny, sweet, affectionate dog who loves cuddling and being close to his people. He enjoys car rides, being carried in a carrier, and going for walks, and he gets very excited when he realizes it’s time to go outside.
He is comfortable going up stairs, but he does not like going down them and strongly prefers to be carried. Overall, he is a very loving, cuddly companion who enjoys being included in outings and staying close to his person, but he would benefit from help learning to feel calmer and more secure when alone and during exciting moments.
