What a little gem Ms. Frannie is! She is a gentle love that is ready to sit in your lap and snuggle. You can tell she has so much soul in and is ready to fall in love with you. Frannie caught my eye the second she got to Muttville and is one of my favorite dogs ever! She is sure to be the prettiest little poodle in the dog park! When you squeeze her close she gives polite little kisses and you can feel the warmth of her kind heart shine through. She is so deserving of the best home and I can’t wait to see her person fall in love with her.
