Meet Francis! This little fluffball is as sweet as a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a sunny day. With his long, wavy coat and soulful eye (ya there’s only one of them but it’s soulful!), he’s a heart-melter at first sight! We think he’s a mix of dachshund and spaniel—basically, a perfect blend of cute and cuddly.
