Here’s some notes from his foster:
Floyd is absolutely adorable, he is constantly trying to make us melt with his chocolicious eyes and cuddles. He is a super sweet soul. You will hardly know he is around as he is light on his paws. Besides being a foodie he is a “lover”. He likes food/treats but also wants lots of love and chest rubs.
He will follow you around in hopes of catching you in a position where he can plop down on your lap. He prefers to lay in your arms like a baby, it is the cutest. He is pretty chill and will sleep throughout the night on his bed as long as he has lots of blankets to cuddle with.
When he wakes up in the morning he is ready to eat and go for a walk. We go about a long block and back, but he could definitely go further at a nice and steady pace. He doesn’t seem to be bothered by people walking by us either. He is fine in the car and I think he would enjoy adventures as he has the energy and curiosity for such.
Once he gets used to his permanent home/environment his personality is really going to bloom. Floyd has had a rough life before Muttville, but one would never know. He is such a loving and gentle little dude looking for lots of love! And food and walks!
We are enjoying having him around.
