Wow, looks like Muttville has another super-sweet perma-puppy! (That’s a rare senior who magically retains the face and essence of a puppy, and it is bonkers-level cute.) Flower is a floppy-eared little cutie-pie who enjoys short walks and long talks. When people stop you on the street and ask you if they can pet your pup, you can respond (smugly and proudly) that yes, they can pet your TEENY SENIOR!
