Meet Fiddlesticks, the slow-going sweetheart with the most perfect senior stride. Fun fact: Upon rescue, Fiddlesticks was believed to be a she – but a shave and makeover revealed a special surprise underneath his coat! If you want to love a precious old boy with cookies-and-cream ice cream bars for legs, this is the guy for you.
Here’s some notes from his foster:
Fiddlesticks is the perfect little gentleman. He loves to sleep and always finds the coziest bed to snuggle up in. When he’s not sleeping, he enjoys pottering around in the yard and counts down the minutes to dinner time. He is a little shy at first but slowly comes out of his shell when he gets comfortable hearing your voice.
He is blind and has some mobility issues but this does not stop him from enjoying his walks and exploring his home. He is potty trained but does need to be let out frequently. He gets along really well with other dogs and the company helps his confidence to grow. He has a very gentle personality and has a lot of love to give to a quiet home that will provide lots of snuggly beds.
