As you can see – Felix is pure dachsund – no other dog genes sneaking in there……he is fiesty and sweet – he doesn’t walk far but he sure likes to snorkle around the park and perhaps take in the sun while you relax….
Felix was loved for many years until his Dad died. He survived a flood that took his two sibliings – he is a very strong yet sensitive guy who has a lot of life experience….
His eyesight is not as good as it once was but he gets around just fine…..he is on a bit of a diet but still a very smooth mover on his adorable dach paws with white and gray booties….
His nose is EXCELLENT esp for a 12 year old! beware- he can find anything ……loves treats, bones and carrots (which he’s been getting a lot o lately ;~>)
