Clearly this marvelous mutt got her name because you won’t believe your eyes: Fantasy! This picturesque pooch sports adorable foldy ears reminiscent of Odie from Garfield and is a lovely tan and white bundle of beagle-ness. Fantasy puts the potato in couch potato, but don’t let that fool you – she’s very treat motivated and can move quicker than lightning to snatch a treat out of your hand. As a super senior who has spent 16 years perfecting her nap nirvana, her slow and steady attitude provides a sense of calm and serenity that most of us sorely need. Miss Fantasy knows that she’s lived a full life, but has some good years left in her that she’d love to spend with you. Her winsome waddle and friendly demeanor are likely to win over everyone she meets, both human and canine, so you’ll never feel lonely traveling with this lovely lady. You can’t help to be drawn to her magnetism and charisma, but one lucky family can make this Fantasy their reality. If you’re looking for a little magic in your life, Fantasy is the pup for you!

Fantasy is a very affectionate and food motivated girl. She was a very easy car companion and just laid down and slept immediately after I picked her up from Muttville. She loves having her head pet and scratches under her chin. She’s got a lot of spunk if she’s really 16 and is pretty fearless. Her tail was wagging and asking for pets within a day. She’s easy on leash, no issues with stairs, lets you know when it’s 7 am and almost 5 pm (meal time is VERY important), and is great with other dogs.
She’s got a cute little snore when she sleeps and likes to maneuver the couch cushions to her liking. She does not love to be picked up and she has a certain way she’s tolerable of it.
