Like the beloved accessory she’s named after, Fannypack is small, classic, and totally irresistible. This senior sweetheart may have limited vision, but her heart is wide open! She loves people, enjoys the company of other dogs, and just needs a gentle touch, a little patience, and a whole lot of love. Fannypack would thrive in a calm home where she can relax in style. I’ve had a wonderful time so far with Fannypack! She is the sweetest little pup. She’s so soft and loving. She’s very clever even though she’s blind. She’s very curious on walks and likes to sniff around and mark. She is potty trained and has had no accidents indoors.
She loves food and treats! Her favorite food is the Costco canned chicken. She gobbles it up and will eat her serving to completion. She gets around great even without her eyesight. She loves snuggling up in her bed near you. She’s very trusting and warms up quickly. She will go on her hind legs to reach up to you, it’s so darling. (See photo). She is very happy being carried around all day in a sling, snoozing, as she likes to be close to her person. She fiercely loves her person, but likes strangers as well. I think it would be beneficial if her owner was around most of the time. Though she has seemed fine alone for small periods.
She loves other dogs and would do great in a house with a sibling! Preferably one that likes her. As she has a lot of energy and interest in being close to other pups. And a doggie sibling would help her lack of sight.
She also whines when she is looking for you, and wants snuggles and love! It’s just the sweetest thing!
