Her distinctive ears give her the most endearing look, and she knows how to work them to melt hearts everywhere she goes. Everglade has the sweetest, most gentle nature and while she is curious about the other dogs around her, she’s just as happy soaking up all the love and attention from her favorite humans. Everglade is a perfect angel. She will cuddle with you anytime you want her to, and will happily fall asleep on your lap, your shoulder, your chest, etc. She is also super comfy cuddled up in a dog bed (with a blanket ideally, and she loves to have the space heater nearby)! She appears to have no problem at all staying at home on her own for a few hours (my camera shows that she will look around for a few minutes and then snuggle up in bed until we return). She takes medication very well in a pill pocket. She also walks very well on a leash and loves a little jaunt around the block. Her back legs move so cutely like a frog when she is trotting!
Food-wise, she is incredibly food motivated and is ready for a meal or a treat at any time of day. Everglade has gotten used to our home so quickly and she is going to make a wonderful forever cuddle buddy <3.
