My adorable pittie, Ernie is an American Staffordshire Terrier mix, male, approximately 100 pounds and is neutered.
Ernie is great with all people, including strangers and also does great with cats. He currently lives with a cat and used to have a German Shepherd brother who he did well with.
Since then, he hasn’t been socialized much with other dogs so it’s unknown how he’d do with other dogs – likely after some time he’d calm down.
His only special need is consistent bathing to keep a clean coat.
Ernie is in need of a new home after a relationship ending where my ex had agreed to take their dog after settling into a new home where the dog could be. I took the dog for several months until they were ready and now they’ve backed out right before I am about to move into a home I purchased where a dog isn’t viable (no yard).
