When we say Elvis is in the building, we really mean it. A little sensitive and a lot handsome, this dark-eyed terrier with an iconic hairstyle lives up to his name. He is youthful and lithe, performs (i.e. sits) for treats, and enjoys exploring the world to the beat of his own drummer. He gets along with other pups, appreciates gentle humans, and luckily for local fans, has no interest in seeking fame or fortune. Instead, he’s got his sweet heart set on a forever home where affection abounds, treats are a love language, and hound dogs are always welcome.
Here’s some notes from his foster:
Elvis is a sweet, polite little guy who may be a bit shy at first, but he warms up quickly. He will go potty outside as long as he’s let out regularly (about every two hours). He’s wonderful on walks—no pulling, very easygoing, and always polite, walking nicely behind our little dog.
At home, he’s like a little shadow, happily following us around and soaking up pets, cuddles, and belly rubs. He has a great appetite and isn’t picky at all. When he’s especially happy, he’ll do the cutest little dance in circles—it’s so fun to watch!
Elvis would make a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a loyal, gentle, and affectionate little dog.
